This past semester has been absolutely amazing, I wouldn't change it for the world. It was quite a struggle to travel 9694 miles across the world, attempt to keep in touch with friends, family and Steve with a 15 hour time change and convince my family that studying in Brisbane was a solid plan but it was the best experience I've ever had, evidenced by the fact that I cried when arriving at LAX (i dont cry.) Everyone in Australia is so amazing and they reached out to me with open arms and open hearts. I appreciate and thank every single Housie for making IH home for me for 5 months of my life. There were hard weeks where I missed home and Steve but I always knew I could count on my fellow IHer's. I appreciate my fam for allowing me to make this trip and let me gain independence and become an adult, it required a ton of trust and a leap of faith. I loved every second of the last five months and have grown immensely and I appreciate everyone who helped make this experience amazing!
